The purpose of this web site is not to show people, intentionally not recognizable, but the atmosphere of different locations, hoping this way, to provide you with a useful service.

Iplivecams respects the privacy of its users and of the persons whose image is displayed on the Website, in conformity with Directive 95/46/EC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and with Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, as well as national legislation transposing these directives, and in particular Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on privacy protection in relation to the processing of personal data.

Iplivecams does not install any spyware and guarantees that no personal data will be collected, stored, used or disclosed. If such information however came fortuitously to the knowledge of StreamBy through voluntary contact by the user, Iplivecams will keep this information strictly confidential and will not transmit or disclose this information to third parties.

In order to protect the privacy of the persons whose image is displayed, webcasted images and video data are deliberately broadcasted in low-resolution in such a way that no one can be identifiable. Images and videos are also obtained in low quality, directly from the cameras and are not processed, recorded or stored by Iplivecams.

The user registering his cameras on Iplivecams.com, confirms to have all the necessary permissions to do so and remain responsible to monitor that the streams provided, respect the legislation of the country the camera is installed.
