We want you to enjoy the experience of bringing your conference to Brighton so we aim to make it as easy as possible for you. Brighton offers a comprehensive, professional support service for conference organisers, whatever the size of their event, and whether they are professional meeting planners or university professors whose Brighton conference is the only one they will ever have to organise. Direct bookings can be made for the Brighton Centre and Dome Complex Enquiries can be circulated to hotels on the client's behalf and collated if required.

We operate a free delegate booking scheme through our Accommodation Marketing Bureau. From producing an attractive booking form to contacting the town's hotels (including the small hotels and guest houses) to obtain rates and allocations, we can handle all contact with delegates and hotels and even produce statistics if required.

Alternatively, we can put you in touch with the Brighton Major Hotels Group - the 10 largest hotels in Brighton - who can produce a booking form and operate a referral system amongst themselves when one property is full. They can also work in conjunction with the smaller hotels and Accommodation Marketing Bureau. We are also happy to work with organisers who wish to handle the bookings themselves or use a commercial booking agency.

There are a number of local commercial companies who can tailor a social programme/accompanying persons package to your own specific requirements. Tour suggestions include the Royal Pavilion, Preston Manor, the Lanes, the English Wine Centre, Michelham Priory, Arundel Castle, Goodwood House, Hever Castle, the Body Shop headquarters and Leeds Castle.

Whether you want to use one of our hotels, the magnificent Banqueting Room at the Royal Pavilion or the splendid Edwardian Preston Manor, we can help. We can provide suggestions and details of other venues such as the Palace Pier, the Sealife Centre, Hove's Engineerium or Greyhound Stadium, country house hotels or many of the 400 restaurants in Brighton and Hove.
