Hotel Baia is located straight on the beach in modern building provided with every confort, managed from the owner. Outside the hotel there is a swimming-pool with free beach. Beach umbrellas and folding beds, a small private beach with bathing-huts and private shouwer, garden and an enclosed parking place for cars. Hotel Baia is located near Rimini, on the beach of Viserbella, enclosed by the seaside and seafront; the dependance is about 100 meters from the seaside. The airport is 10 kms away. the center of the city and the Rimini's Railway station is 6 km. The nearest bus stop number 25 it's not very far from the hotel (only few meters). Rimini motor-way station exit called 'Rimini Nord' is 4 km away.

The breakfast is self-service vith cold and various buffet; choice of menu including local specialities and typical regional and international dishes. By Bus (or by your car): The center of Rimini is only 6 km from Biagini Hotel. You will admire the history of this city in museum, historial monuments (August's Arch , Malatestian Temple etc.), in Gambalunga Library. Few km you can find medieval castle Saint Leo(km. 30), Gradara (km. 25), medieval villages of Santarcangelo di Romagna, Verucchio, Torriana, Montebello, and another. At 20 km away from Biagini Hotel find the most ancient Repubblic of Europe: San Marino.

Another excursion to the south Rimini's Delphinarium (6 Kms) then fun parks of Fiabilandia (10 kms.) and Aquafan water park(20 kms.). To the nord, we can find the big fun parks of Mirabilandia(Km.30 kms), the mosaics of Ravenna and Venice.
